Research Vision Board Passion Project

Your Vision Board Passion Project guidelines include, but may not be limited to the below student
learning target criteria. Be sure to consider and include all criteria for best rating.

● 2D or 3D self-selected vision board ​artifact​ (poster, tri-fold, board, an original idea, etc)

● A personalized title on the vision board artifact (i.e. Crystal’s College Vision Board)

● Symbolic graphics/ illustrations on the board that highlight your research or key ideas
about your chosen topic (high school, college, career, trade or technical school, armed
forces research, interests, talents, etc)

● Words/phrases/captions that enhance the meaning of your graphics/illustrations

related to high school, college, career, trade or technical school, armed forces interests,
research, etc

● A purposeful and systematic organization of the visuals and research displayed on

your vision board artifact

● Appropriate language conventions: capitalization, word usage, punctuation and

spelling displayed on the vision board artifact

● An expository ​script​ that provides an overview of the high school, college, career,
trade or technical school, and armed forces representations on your vision board
artifact

● Creativity and Originality (neatness, organization, innovation, accessories, colors,

letter positioning, uppercase/ lowercase, formatting, etc )

● Remember to write a one page script to accompany your vision board and be
prepared to present it or record your presentation.
