Chapter 2
Discussion
A. Discrepancy in the amount of drug between the stock card and the physical
drug
Often forget to fill the stock card when releasing drugs so that there is a
mismatch of the physical amount of drugs and the amount of drugs on the
stock card,
• Solution: Avoid forgetting to write stock cards when drug entry or
release occurs
B. Difficulty reading doctor’s prescriptions
Example:

The occurrence of errors in reading prescription drugs due to doctors who

are unreadable, this is very fatal if it does not confirm first with the
prescription doctor if in doubt of the reading of the drug in a prescription
• Solution: More practice reading doctor’s writing

C. Swamedication
Feeling nervous when interacting with patients and the lack of knowledge
about unfamiliar illnesses makes it difficult to choose the drugs needed by
patients
• Solution: Better know the efficacy of drugs and diseasess .

Chapter 3
Closing
A. Conclusion and Suggestion
Every job must have its own problems in it for example in the field of
pharmacy during industrial work practices, many things must be learned
again during practice because the theories in schools and in the workforce
are almost different.
Every activity there must be a problem encountered, the problem can be
solved by continuing to practice to prevent problems from coming back.
Diligence and accuracy and discipline must and must be applied in the real
work world.
