Background:

Management of Mega and Complex Projects is increasingly becoming a daunting task for
most of the organisations that work on projects that deliver strategic, business and
operational outcomes. The reason behind this dilemma is predominantly the unknown
nature of scope (what is required) and technology (how to deliver).

Task 01 (60 Marks) – 2600 words

Select an organisation that has a implemented a successful Mega and Complex Projects
and critically evaluate the process related to the following areas of Project Management:

 The management of triple constraints


 Quality Management
 Integration Management

Your answer should analyse the practices, tools and techniques used and should be
elaborated with suitable and relevant sample artefacts.
Task 02 (40 Marks) – 1600 words

Critically analyse the challenges of the project considering the aspects of sustainability,
corporate social responsibility and ethics across the lifecycle of the selected project above.
