PT. OMEGA TRAININDO MANDIRI formed in 2012 by a group of professional engineers, safety practitioners and human
resources managers. We provide various Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) training courses, Consultancy &
Management, Aquatic (water) Safety and Rescue training program. Our training carries out various course subjects
relating to offshore oil and gas industry including Basic Offshore Safety Induction Training – BOSIET (Sea Survival,

HUET, CPR & First Aid, Basic Fire Fighting), Industrial skills (Rigging, Scaffolding, Confined space, H2S, Etc) and others
Industries with potential general and aquatic (water) environment hazard. We also provide Consultancy Services for oil
and gas industry as well as for other industries.

PT. OMEGA TRAININDO MANDIRI, HSE Training & Consultancy Services is legalize and licensed as OSH Service
Provider Company (PJK3) at Indonesia Directorate of Manpower. Registered as associate member of: Society of
Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (A2K3), Association of Training Institute for Occupational Safety & Health
Indonesia (ALPK3I). We also registered as international associate member at British Safety Council (BSC).
