OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY:-

1. To identify the personal factors responsible for causing stress among the working individuals and to
know whether there exist any commonality of such causes in such individuals of various organizations.

2. To analyze the organizational and work related factors (Crucial HRD elements) leading to stress
among the working individuals;

3. To assess the impact of stress on working individuals efficiency and productivity;

4. To elicit and assess the stress management techniques as expressed by working individuals; and

5. To suggest successful implementation of coping mechanism among the working individuals

HYPOTHESES:-

1. There is no influence of demographic variables of working individuals causing stress;

2. The factors causing Stress do not differ significantly among the working individuals;

3. Organizational and work related factors in companies do not cause stress among working individuals.
