Hospital Elevators /Stretcher Elevators
Hospital elevators (also known as stretcher lifts) are used for simple transportation for patients in a wheelchair, stretcher & in some cases a
hospital bed. Medical Care infrastructure has grown exponentially. Vertical transportation system for hospitals have special features such as
smooth and jerk less traveling, economically low power consumption, smooth and comfortable travel, accurate stoppage, emergency control

DUMB WAITERS.
Magnum Elevators offers a variety of solutions for Goods-
carrying Dumb Waiters right from Hotels, Libraries, and
Hospitals to wherever small quantities of goods are to be
moved to different oors. Dumb waiters handle weight from
100kgs to 250kgs at speeds ranging from 0.25mps to
0.65mps.Automatically operated dumb waiters are quick and
silent in operations. The Cabin and the doors of all the
dumbwaiters are manufactured using Stainless Steel.
Additional Features like car location indicators, audio/visual
signals to announce the arrival of the service car can also be
incorporated. The Vertical Bi-parting doors are well suited to
optimize the space utilization.

These lifts can be installed on the exterior face of the building or in the lobby. The i n s t
allation of these lifts can totally change the look of the building. The technology used in
these lifts is state of the art.

The range of lifts is from 8 persons to 40 persons for a three-sided glass capsule. Speeds
ranging from 1m/s to 2.5m/s. 5 sided glass capsule is available for a minimum lift size of
13 persons. Octagonal shaped lifts are also being designed. Bottom lit marble oors, well-
shaped roofs and cabin exteriors can be provided.One exclusive feature is that glass
doors can be provided. When set in a glass capsule the beauty of the capsule is further
enhanced.

The lifts can be traction machine based or hydraulic machine based depending on the
machine room location. Apart from the cabin all other specications are the same as for
other passenger lifts.

Machine room less with its recent technologies where the lift motor is housed within the hoist way. Thus allows for a more
exible building design and reduces construction cost of the lift shaft. Machines are now fully synchronous, gearless with
inverter control along with thin permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine .The usage of permanent
magnet material with high density of magnetic ux make drive torque much bigger enhancing the efciency with no extra
energy loss for excitation of current due to traction sheave directly connects with rotor of the motor to avoid the energy
loss during driving of worm,worm wheel and other gears. In general, our Machine-room-less elevator saves more than
30% of energy consumption comparing with the traditional elevator with geared traction machine.

MODULAR LIFTS

Factory Installed Modular Elevators

Magnum's factory pre-installed elevators are built in a
freestanding, rated or non-rated structural steel
elevator tower. Before installation, an elevator pit is
prepared with anchor bolt imbeds to ensure precise
placement. The elevator and equipment room arrive at
the installation site on a atbed truck and the elevator is
attached to a crane for hoisting into place. The crane
operator lifts the elevator and the ground crew
maneuvers it into place in the elevator pit. Once the
elevator is set in place, it is attached to the anchor bolts
and veried to be plumb. Next, the fully-assembled
modular equipment room is set into place. This
installation process is usually completed in just a few hours.After the elevator is set, electrical, re and phone
services are provided and nal adjustments are completed. Once inspected and approved by the appropriate
jurisdictions, the elevator is ready for use in a matter of days.

PLATFORM LIFT
Magnum Vertical Platform Lifts cover a wide range of
applications and budgets, from two oor self-
supporting domestic installations to sophisticated
weatherproof external wheelchair lifts.
We offer three main types of platform lift:

MULTI LEVEL CAR PARKING SYSTEMS

India's urban population is currently around 30%
of its total populationo In context to urban transport
system, the CBD's are majorly facing the space
issues in terms of open spaces, green spaces, and
clear headways on roads, which lead to major
inconvenience as well as delays in existing
systems.oParking is one of the major concerns in terms of space occupation in these

Escalators are basically designed for Heavy usage
like Malls, Airports, Subway stations & Railway
stations where public ow is very high and has
maximum operation capability of 18-20 hours daily and can
go up to 27 meter's rise height.An Escalator is a moving
staircase - a conveyor transport device for carrying people
between oors of a building. The device consists of a motor
driven chain of individual, linked steps that move up or down
on tracks, allowing the step treads to remain horizontal.

TRAVELLATORS / MOVING WALKS

It is a slow-moving conveyor mechanism that transports people across a horizontal or
inclined plane over a short to medium distance.[5] Moving walkways can be used by
standing or walking on them. They are often installed in pairs, one for each direction.
Moving walks Horizontal span is upto 150 meters and can run continuously for 18
hours in High trafc public utilities, special designed Glide Moving Walks come with
selectable palled widths which adds business appeal.

Magnum Elevators has a Maintenance Department - This Department is called to service when the elevator fails
to perform according to the requisite specications and essentially to perform routine maintenance to keep your
elevator in good shape and ensure a long and safe working life. Several teams of people each looking after
different parts of the city have been strategically positioned to reach you in the shortest possible time. These teams
are equipped with vehicles and cell phones and backed by our Engineers of the entire department's so that all the problems
are solved systematically within a time bound period and without affecting the safety aspect of the elevators. This department
communicates with the production, installation, vendors and maintenance people so that future problems can be rectied in
the present time.

Magnum Elevators offers three types of Annual maintenance services.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Service.
Annual Semi-Comprehensive Maintenance Service.
Annual Preventive Maintenance Service.
Modernization
Modernization work is required for the elevator after the Elevator reaches that part of the
life cycle where the reliability and efciency decreases. Modernization of the Elevators
ensures that the lift complies with the government regulations for the elevators in

Advanced modernization of one or more components, to full replacement. We have
