diagnosis & treatment of TMJ/orofacial pain at dental residency program Illinois Masonic during 1989-
1992. He was the member of United States Food and Drug Administration, Dental Products Panel
during 1997-2007. He joined faculty Rush Medical School, assistant professor departments of sleep
disorders, psychology, and ENT during 2001-2016. In 2010, Dr. Moses invented, patented, and FDA
510K cleared, an intraoral sleep appliance for treatment of sleep apnea and snoring. He licensed "The
Moses®" to Modern Dental, largest dental laboratory in the world, currently being sold in 16 non-
Arabic speaking countries. He wrote and published over 40 scientific articles, research studies and one
book, "Controversy in Temporomandibular Disorders: Clinicians Guide to Critical Thinking". He has
more than 100 scientific paper delivered / lectures. Dr. Moses retired in 2016, moved to Indian Wells,
California, enjoying good health, great wife, royalty checks, excellent weather and travelling the world.
