3 min _The students will answer to the Roll Calling.
_They will know that there are going to do the Quiz about
“Since and For” that the teacher informed the previews
class.

Core of the class

Pre-stage 15 min _ Students will take a quiz about “Since and For” with the
structure of Present Perfect made by the Teacher

While-stage 5 min _ Students will play the game “Find someone who…” In
this activity, the students have to ask different questions
with the phrase “Have you ever…to elicit the structure of
the answers “Yes, I have” or “No, I haven`t”

10 min _ They will complete the Interrogative and the Negative

form of the present perfect.

Post-stage 10 min _ They will work in pairs the hand out about “Yes or No
questions” to practice the answer “Yes I have” or “No, I
haven’t”.

Closing 2 min Students will answer questions to checking understanding

of the structure.

the Present Perfect Tense on September 13th

Pre-stage 15 min _ Students will play the game “I have never…” in this
game students make a circle with their chairs and one
student is stand up in the middle of it. This student have to
say a sentence in present perfect like “I have never seen a
lion” and all the student that have actually seen a lion
before have to change their places and the person who
can’t find a chair have to say another sentence.

While-stage
5 min _ Student will read the text given in previous classes for
the former teacher and ask question about what they will
not understand.

5 min _ Students will read again and will answer about the topic
of the text.

10 min _ Student will read a third time looking for specific

information in order to answer reading comprehension
questions given by the teacher.

Post-stage 7 min _ Student will check their answers with a partner then in a
general way with the teacher.

Closing Student will say goodbye to the teacher.

questions (Wh questions) in the present perfect tense.

information of the sentences given by the teacher.
