Toledo Fernandez, Notario, me encuentro constituido en mi oficina profesional ubicada en la diagonal seis dieciséis

guion cero uno zona diez, Edificio Atrium, de esta ciudad; soy requerido por el señor, SEBASTIAN DEL PINAL SAENZ,

de treinta y tres años, soltero, guatemalteco, Licenciado en Economía, de este domicilio, quien se identifica con el

Documento Personal de Identificación (DPI) con Código Único de Identificación (CUI) un mil seiscientos cuarenta y

seis espacio veinticinco mil novecientos diecisiete espacio cero ciento uno (1646 25917 0101) extendido por el

Registro Nacional de la Personas de la República de Guatemala, y quien requiere mis oficios notariales con el objeto

de prestar DECLARACIÓN JURADA. Por lo que procedo de la siguiente manera. PRIMERO: Bajo juramento de decir la

verdad y enterado de las penas relativas al delito de perjurio el requirente DECLARA: Que es socio de la entidad

denominada CENTRAL AMERICA FULL-PACKAGE APPAREL CORPORATION, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA, y como tal, es

dueño de un sesenta y cinco por ciento (65%) de las acciones que conforman el capital pagado de CENTRAL

AMERICA FULL-PACKAGE APPAREL CORPORATION, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA. SEGUNDO: No habiendo nada más que

hacer constar se da por terminada la presente acta en el mismo lugar y fecha, veinte minutos después de su inicio,

acta que consta en una hoja de papel bond, tamaño oficio, impresa únicamente en su lado anverso, la que habiendo

siendo leída por el Requirente y enterado de su contenido, objeto, validez y efectos legales, la acepta, ratifica y firma

juntamente con el infrascrito Notario, quien de todo lo actuado, DA FE.

municipio de Guatemala, departamento de Guatemala, quien se identifica con el Documento Personal de

Identificación de Extranjero con Código Único de Identificación número un mil ochocientos uno espacio cero cuatro

mil seiscientos ochenta y tres espacio cero ciento uno (1801 04683 0101) extendido por el Registro Nacional de la

Personas de la República de Guatemala, Centroamérica, así mismo se identifica con el Pasaporte número N siete

millones doscientos ochenta y un mil doscientos treinta y ocho (N7281238), extendido por las Autoridades

Migratorias de la Republica Socialista Democrática de Sri Lanka, y quien requiere mis oficios notariales con el objeto

FERNANDO, of fifty-eight years old, married, Sri Lankan, Business man, of this domicile, who identifies with the

Personal Identification Document of Foreigner with Unique Code Identification number one thousand eight hundred

one space zero four thousand six hundred eighty-three space zero one hundred one (1801 04683 0101) extended by

the National Registry of Persons of the Republic of Guatemala, Central America, also identifies with Passport

number N seven million two hundred eighty-one thousand two hundred thirty-eight (N7281238), extended by the

Migration Authorities of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and who requires my notarial offices in order

to render an AFFIDAVIT. So I proceed as follows. FIRST: Under oath to tell the truth and aware of the penalties

related to the crime of perjury, the applicant DECLARES: That he is a partner of the entity called CENTRAL AMERICA

FULL-PACKAGE APPAREL CORPORATION, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA, and as such, owns thirty five percent (35%) of the

shares that make up the paid in capital of CENTRAL AMERICA FULL-PACKAGE APPAREL CORPORATION, SOCIEDAD

ANÓNIMA. SECOND: There being nothing else to be recorded, the present act is ended in the same place and date,

thirty minutes after its beginning, minutes that consist of a sheet of bond paper, official size, printed only on its

obverse side, the one that having been read by the Applicant and aware of its content, object, validity and legal

effects, accepts it, ratifies and signs it together with the undersigned Notary, who ATTESTS of above acts.
