About this ebook

My book is very unique and different from others. I talk about the news and what is going on with the government. Other things that I mentioned are my opinions on songs, movies, and shows that Hollywood produces and how they speak to me. My book is similar to my first one, as it has everything to do with evolution and my opinion on why we are all here right now on this planet. My book also covers my life story, and it is all based on facts on the world today. There are different sections in my book, and I tried to focus on celebrities more, hoping that they would reach out to me in person.

My book also covers sports topics and how I view sports in a different way than you see in TV. My book has some biblical references, and I like to talk about Jesus sometimes. I mentioned parts about society and also how we can improve society with better rules and regulations. When I talk about movies, these are my opinions and I love watching Hollywood produce good shows and movies. I talked about the news a lot in my second book because I think the news is important and is relevant to our lives. I came up with my own information, but I really do think that the world is so important in today's world. I hope that everyone enjoys my second book.

I would like to dedicate my book to my family and my close friends who have been there for me throughout the good and bad times. I would also like to dedicate my book to my lovely therapist, whom I have known since I was twenty-two years old, and also my shrink, who helps me out a lot. The families that I want to mention are the Cusicks, the Shmuels, and the Zayases. They are my family, and I am going to love them forever. They mean so much to me, and they mean as much as my therapist means to me.

    Ten Percent Skills/Smarts

Ten Percent Skills/Smarts can include reading books and textbooks, playing video games, working on business and business plans, athletes training for their games and playing in front of an audience, teaching in front of students at all different levels, listening to people's conversations, and learning how to turn that into productivity into their own lives. When reading as an adult, you learn and relearn words that you might have forgotten as students and you also learn concepts that are applicable in our lives. When I read books that register under different areas, I like to think about people that are suffering through certain brain malfunctions, diseases, etc. that, as a human race, we would like to think can be cured one day.

I have been playing golf a lot at a par-three course near my house, and on back-to-back weeks, I shot a 33 when the average score is a 27. That is plus 6. I know it's not great considered to the pros, but it's a big improvement, and I am pretty confident that I can get my scores better with more practice. Tiger Woods won the last tournament because he was helping me out behind the scenes and my golf swing. I once said, If you fix me, then I will fix everything else. And I think that is starting to become true.

One of the reasons why I am alive right now is to break the curses that sports teams have had before I was born. I did it with the Cubs, the Capitals, the Blues, the Eagles, and other teams. Now, it was the Nationals time. They ended up winning the final game of the World Series with the score of 6–2. I watched one of the games with my friend Andy Lee, and I have been talking to my other friend Rob and Jack Veltri. When the Astros went up in the series 3–2, I was a little bit scared. I know the Astros just won in 2017, so it was the Nationals time. They ended up winning the last two games, and to top it off, they won the last game with the high score 6. This is a great accomplishment, but DC fans better not get too comfortable. Other teams now are in line to win, and everything will start to get more equalized in the world. Part of things being equal was also the Giants winning as a wild-card team in football and the Steelers winning as a wild-card team. Now, it was the Nationals time to win as a wild-card team. This is all I am going to say in this portion of my book. I will add my other thoughts to a different document because I have reached my goal of two hundred pages.

I was trying to give Jack a second chance to do right in my life. I thought he forgot about disrespecting me in the past because he pretty much stopped. I figured out that he was the little birdie a while ago, and I cannot let that go. He is to blame for all the deaths that have happened since I've been alive. Only him. He will go down when the time is right. He started up with that same bullshit on Sunday. He started comparing me to the Charlie character in the show It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. It's pretty much like, Grow the fuck up, dude, and stop acting like you're a bully in high school. I have had really nice-looking girls wanting to be with me; and he was saying that this one girl, Karen, and I are meant to be with each other. He will get exactly what he deserves in the future, and I will be there to laugh right in his fucking face when he goes down. Fuck him and fuck everything he does for the rest of his life. In one of Michael B. Jordan's movies, it was the Jesus character who fucks up the devil character in a boxing match. It will be very similar to that in the real life with me versus Jack. Maybe his heart will blow before then, or he will be arrested by the CIA for the games he played on me in the past, but whatever the case, he will get exactly what he deserves in the future.

Jack and Allison stand for 4 and 9, and put the two together and they stand for the 49ers. I am talking about the football team. I know that this also relates to me because I kind of set them up together and made sure they got married, and they met not by coincidence at work to form a soulmate couple together. They are meant for each other, so I know that I would like to take credit for everything, but if the 49ers win this year, it would be because of those two.

I was at Allyn's house one day, and I said to myself, If you have evil thoughts, then it's just Satan. I guess Christian Bale heard this, maybe as his first voice inside his head that wasn't his own thought. I was trying to help out my friend Chase Howells with his thought process and went to the bathroom because I have the magic inside me. It did help out Chase and whoever else needed my help that day. Christian Bale ended up thanking Satan when he won the award in front of the world. He knew it was me because when people have weird things going on in their world, the sky people point the cameras toward me so that they don't think they are going insane. Hollywood does this too, but Christian Bale didn't care, and I don't think he cared what people thought, so he just spoke without a filter, and said, I thank Satan for this award. I asked the real creator about it the next day, and he said maybe he thought he was a bad guy or something. Billie Eilish then came out with her best and most well-known song Bad Guy. There is another less-known artist with the last name Heaton who also named her song Bad Guy, and Post Malone also came out with a song with the main reasons behind it called Bad Guy. This is incredible, and for some reason, lots and lots of people all over the globe like or love me. I thought this part was important to put in my book.

Hollywood knows there's nothing left to fix in the world because of me. This includes victories in the individual fantasy leagues and things of that nature. So Rob and Sean won in my league with Allyn and my other friends. I knew they were going to win this year, just like I knew that Jack was going to win one year and that Romy was going to win one year. I like Rob and have been friends with him since college. His team was destined to win this year, and I don't think he has ever won in our league, so this year was his year. I hope that I can win one year, but for the time being, he won. No matter what moves anyone else was going to make, Rob and Sean were going to win.

I want to talk about this article, and this is important because childhood bullying is a real issue in our world. I am glad that people that are currently in the national spotlight are coming forward and telling their stories of issues they are going through. The article title reads, Michelle Trachtenberg Recalls Being Bullied in School as Child Star.

Actress Michelle Trachtenberg took to Instagram on Thursday to share a less-than-lovely memory about Valentine's Day. In her post, the actress, who began her career in the nineties, appearing in projects like Harriet the Spy and The Adventures of Pete & Pete, remembered being the only one left out of the card exchange because of her status as a child star.

No one ever gave me one and they thought I didn't need the attention, she wrote. The kids and staff all laughed and thought everyone else should get one, being an actress since I was three, apparently I didn't need one.

What her peers and teachers didn't consider, she said, was that I was helping my family pay bills. This is challenging for me to post as people always contact me on social media saying, ‘Oh, my brother my sister went to school with you, you were best friends!' False. The kids were cruel. There is no need to harp on the past. But I still have scars from being thrown down stairs and slammed into lockers head first.

Trachtenberg went on to have memorable roles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Gossip Girl.

I write this to every child, teen, person, out there who is bullied, she added. You are something. Do not put your value in someone else. Not letting them win, is your win. She also thanked three teachers who protected me and I think about to this day. Thank you to you all, she wrote. Katy Perry collapsed on the stage of American Idol after they had a gas leak. I was playing bowling with the real creator one Friday, and I was sort of like self-destructing because of the demons I was dealing with, and I guess it was pretty similar to what Katy Perry was going through on the stage. I guess she was helping me out that day, and it backfired on her. I am glad that she is okay because she is one of the people in this world that we'd be fucked without. She is protected, just like I am, but bad things happen to people all the time, so this incident occurred, and I don't know why, but I hope it doesn't happen again. It is similar to Ariana Grande's concert when she had the shooting overseas after she said, Fuck America. I almost died because I said the exact thing, and that is when I left my gas thing in my gas tank and drove around. I was lucky again that I came out of that situation alive and didn't get in trouble once more time. Ariana Grande said, Fuck America, and there are certain things you can't say or else you can get in trouble for them and possibly die. They are both great people and have written songs specifically for me to listen to, so thankfully, they are both still alive. Just like what Billie Eilish said in one of her songs, I honestly thought that with everything that I have been through, that I would have been dead by now.

When Henderson said, I was making every possible mistake, I want to talk about one important mistake I made when I was younger. When I was dating Jackie and I was in the fraternity, I told her our secrets about initiation. This is one of the problems that I have caused on myself and why I had a falling out with the fraternity. I was nervous when I had to give my speech for the four-year degree, so I was probably not going to show up to that meeting, but then I started dealing with all those demon problems, which my therapist remembers, and all hell broke loose in my world. I was so fucking lucky that I ended up getting my degree, and it took me seven years to finish my degree. Nobody in the world had a tougher time finishing their degree unless they quit and never got their degree. Now that I am older and I was going through all this other shit, I realize that my degree isn't as important as I thought it was back then. I am going to work on my own and get rich with my cousin and Romy and possibly Avery, but I am not going back into the corporate world. Since I went through all these tests, I realize that I am just not built for the corporate world anymore. I am more built to be the future leaders of the world, and this is also how they came out with the script for DC Legends of Tomorrow. People are training me so that I can be ready to run the world sometime in the near future. Everything in my life seemed very simple a long time ago, but it is what it is, and we need to work with what we have now. The future leaders are basically the friends that are closest to me. These include Sanchez, Avery, Jack, Romy, Allyn, Andy, and me. There are other names, but I'm not going to mention those names right now.

I read Chipper Jones's book, and he put a lot of useful information in there, including one fact I want to mention. He said that two people died in a plane crash in 1999, and this was because I was listening to Hanson's song back then, and in the song MMMbop, they say Don't know who twice in that song, and this is why those people died. On a more positive note, he earned his job with ESPN as an analyst, and this was my concentrated power of Will, who earned him that job. I know that he also got into the Hall of Fame, but it is very important that these athletes find jobs after their careers. This was his gift from me, and he is very happy and knew that he had to choose his words carefully in his books, so I connect more dots in this world, and the other athletes in this world are just as corrupt as he is, which most people don't know. Amber told me this, and it is because she is not as fake as a lot of people in this world. The less a lot of people know the better because they just don't deserve to know some of these facts that people like I know in this world. Everyone is so self-involved in their own delusional lives that they cannot see the big picture. I'm not going to mention names, but there are people like Jack that I just had another sign that he gave me that indecent exposure because of Dr. Dre's song that he released in 2001. If Jack did that to me, then he is in a world of hurting. You know I am doing all these great things for so many people in this world, but something is still holding me back every single day. That one thing that is holding me back is that demon Jack, and I am really fucking sick of it, and I can't wait to beat his ass one day.

I want to talk about this in this section because it seems fitting, but it seems like to me that this entire world is being run by technology, and I have been talking to two of my friends Rob and Jack about them playing video games. We own the technology now, and my method is no mystery, so I can supply people with the goods that they need without doing too much work at home and when I leave my home. Jack said that the player he drafted in his draft was drafted in the sixteenth round. He was playing a baseball video game that was the MLB The Show 2020, and I was just watching the Supernatural show on volume 16. I know that I stress that 666 is not the devil's code because I don't think that all this bullshit would happen to someone as good of a heart that I have. When the number 16 shows up with people, it also means that it's my doing, so when Jack told me that his fantasy player was drafted in the sixteenth round, I knew that was my doing, and I am happy that I was able to control that for him. When I was talking to my friend Rob, he said, I have some NBA news for you. I thought he meant that another NBA player died in a plane crash or from the coronavirus or something, then he sent me text saying that he was playing against the Knicks in his video game and he was destroying them. I started laughing because I thought he was talking about actually news, but he was talking about how bad the Knicks are in the real life and in his video game. The final score of his video game for the losing team was 72, and the number 72 stands for Amber because Amber is the seventy-second best person in the world, so I knew that she was kept in my mind, and with her movements and whatever she was doing at that particular time and whatever I was doing led to the final score of the losing team being 72. The top score was 139, and this ended in 139 because I stress that this is really important. Avery needs to give it all the fuck up because we need to live here forever and not worry about that useless Jesus waste-of-space Avery with the 888. If we wait until I am thirty-eight before karma catches up, then we will be way too old, so we need all this bullshit to happen quick, and this really means that Avery needs to give up all of his nonsense powers and so that you don't confuse my fear with mountains, and a lot of times they are that bullshit statue crap. It is because of Jesus, and there are a lot of people that want to blame this shit on Jesus, because the apocalypse should be a lie to a lot of people, and if this statue crap keeps on getting in my way, then it makes me self-destruct. But it's even worse for Avery because it also involves karma, and it makes him and the people who helped him give me this hell self-destruct worse than I ever do. It affects me for a couple of hours, but it affects all of them for a lot longer. They are so fucking stupid and ignorant, and they need to stop waking me up in the middle of the night with these weird-ass dreams and mind their own fucking business because that's exactly what I am doing. I am sick of their bullshit and the little mind games they are playing with me.

    Ten Percent Minds/Fun

For the Mason game that was played in 2019, I used my superhuman mind to help them win their third game of the year. They are now 3–0 and are looking better than they have in previous seasons. They won with the final score of 65–61. When 65 pops up, that stands for me, and Hollywood started that trend. They keep it hidden because people think that 66 stands for the devil, so sometimes instead of using 66, they use 65. Mason looks real good and should be in contention for the brackets at some point in the near future. They are currently 3–0 on the season and have great young depth.

I went to the George Mason game on December 3 with the real creator, and they ended up winning this game, 67–60. I've been focusing on things that end with 65 and 66 and 77 for the most part. Seventy-seven stands for Ray, and it takes two to connect the dots, and he is the second person connecting the dots with me in the world. I have people throwing their backs on me all day and all night until there is nothing left to fix in the world. I do not want to see 44 pop anymore because Jack didn't go through the terrible things I have been through, and he didn't go through all the pain that I went through. We left the game with about seven minutes left, and now I am getting back to normal again, so I was ready to stay for the entire game, but the real creator wanted to leave early. On the drive home we saw the final score, and it was 67–60. I had them through their backs on me before the game started and while the game was in session. They have more depth and better players than they have in previous years as a collective team. I am happy I was able to guide them with my beating heart to a victory on this Tuesday.

I want to write this part in my document, and I thought it would be good because I have been doing a lot better for the most part in recent memory, and I am focusing on positivity to block out the negativity.

Nine in ten Americans are satisfied with the way things are going in their personal life, a new high in Gallup's four-decade trend. The latest figure bests the previous high of 88 percent recorded in 2003. These results are from Gallup's Mood of the Nation poll, conducted January 2 to 15, which also recorded a twenty-year high in American's confidence in the US economy. The percentage of Americans who report being satisfied with their personal life is similar to the 86 percent who said in December that they were very or fairly happy, though the happiness figure, while high, is on the low end of what Gallup measured historically for that question.

Despite some variation, solid majorities of Americans have reported being satisfied with their personal life over the past few decades, with an average of 83 percent satisfied since 1979. The historical low of 73 percent was recorded in July 1979, as the effects of that year's oil crisis took a toll on US motorists. During the poll's fielding dates, then President Jimmy Carter delivered his malaise speech, which was interpreted by some as placing blame on Americans themselves for the rough economic spot the country was in. Household income, political party affiliation, and marital status are associated with the largest subgroup differences in American's satisfaction with their personal life. Roughly 95 percent of Americans who live in high-income households, who identify as Republicans and who are married, say they are satisfied with their personal life; and about three in four among each of these groups are very satisfied.

Meanwhile, adults in low-income households are the least likely to say they are satisfied with their life, followed by Democrats and unmarried adults.

It's likely no coincidence that Americans' heightened satisfaction with their personal life comes as confidence in the US economy and with their personal finances also at long-term or record highs. That two in three Americans are very satisfied is reflective of this upbeat moment in time, and whether these sentiments carry through the coming decade will be something to watch.

I found this article on Fox Business, but it says exercise makes people happier than money. Money may not be able to buy happiness, but new research suggests that exercise may be able to. Researchers from Yale and Oxford, whose findings were published in the Lancet Psychiatry journal, found that exercising on a regular basis can lead to greater happiness, more so than greater wealth. Individuals who exercised on a regular basis had eighteen fewer poor mental health days per year compared to those who did not exercise, researchers found. In fact, those who partake in physical exercise felt just as good as nonactive individuals who earn $25,000 more on an annual basis, MDLinx reported.

The difference in mental health burden between individuals who participated in popular team-based sports versus those who do not exercise was approximately the same as the difference in mental health burden between individuals…with a difference in household income of more than U.S. $25,000, according to the study, which was led by Sammi R. Chekroud, Oxford Centre for Human Brain Activity; Wellcome Centre for Intregrative Neuroimaging; Department of Psychiatry, University of Oxford, Oxford, United Kingdom.

Exercise has long been associated with reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and diabetes; but researchers noted that there has been little research to assess its correlation to mental health.

In Stranger Things 4, Hopper returns. I thought this was a cool article because the Hopper character is a mixture of my old friend from college Erica Harper and my friend that I just connected with Lewis. The article goes like this:

We can't spoil something Netflix already spoiled can we? The streaming giant showed Stranger Things viewers a little love on Valentine's Day with a Stranger Things 4 announcement. The series creators, the Duffer brothers, released a video teaser for the show's new season which dropped a major spoiler. ‘We're excited to officially confirm that production on Stranger Things 4 is now underway-and even more excited to announce the return of Hopper!,' they said in a statement. ‘Although it's not all good news for our American, he is imprisoned far from home in a snowy wasteland of Kamchatka, where he will face danger both human…and other. Meanwhile, back in the states, a new horror is beginning to surface, something long buried, something that connects everything.'"

The character of Hopper, played by David Harbour, appeared to have been killed off during season 3. But there he is in the teaser for the new season, toiling away in what appears to be a chain gang in Russia. Things don't look great for him. Season 4 is shaping up to be the biggest and most frightening season yet, and we cannot wait for everyone to see more. In the meantime—pray for the American, the Duffer brothers said.

Marvel star Anthony Mackie has opened up about his growing frustrations with the movie industry, which can be succinctly summed up by his declaration that filmmakers don't work in film anymore. Mackie, who made these comments to the Daily Beast ahead of his appearance in the second season of Netflix's Altered Carbon, insists that Hollywood studios are only interested in event movies like Avengers, Suicide Squad, and Star Wars now. If we look at the movies we grew up loving, that we think are the best movies of all-time, those movies won't be made now by studios; they'll be made by streaming services…As soon as Fortune 500 companies bought all the film studios, the idea of making firms was dead. So that being said, the only place you can go and work with the filmmakers you adore is streaming services.

Mackie still has his heart set on working with certain movie directors though, including American Hustle's David O. Russell, but he already knows that a movie studio won't help him achieve that dream as they're only interested in making movies that cost $2 million or $100 million. It's the worst business model of all time. There's definitely a way to make money in movies. But everyone in movies has no idea how to make money. It's crazy.

However, while Mackie is clearly annoyed by Hollywood's current approach, he is still adamant that great movies are being made. It's just that they're not being made for the theaters. Young people don't want to sit in a room and chill out, adds Mackie. They want to move, and watch it on their cell phones and tablets. While he also believes that the increasingly outrageous prices of movie tickets and concessions has also been a major factor in convincing younger viewers to just watch movies at home and away from multiplexes.

I mentioned that they create some of these movies because it is like a Jesus character versus a devil character, and that is pretty much was the Creed movies are like. Well, they are coming out with a Creed 3, and here is what they are saying about it:

Michael B. Jordan is ready to step back into the ring for Creed 3. After launching a new franchise with the Creed films alongside Sylvester Stallone's Rocky Balboa, Jordan is set to return for a third installment of Creed. MGM has brought in Zach Baylin, who wrote the upcoming film King Richard with Will Smith, to write the script for the third Creed film," according to The Hollywood Reporter. While the film is still in the early stages, a third Creed film was a near certainty after the box office success of Creed 2, which made over $214 million worldwide. The first Creed film was directed by Ryan Coogler, while the sequel was directed by Steven Caple Jr. No director has yet been announced for the new Creed installment. When Creed 2 debuted, Jordan said he would be excited to play the role again, and now that is coming to fruition. It might be some time before Creed 3 starts filming, as Jordan has become one of the most in-demand actors and producers in Hollywood. Jordan's next big project coming up is Without Remorse, an adaptation of the Tom Clancy novel that is being directed by Sicario 2's Stefano Soilima. That film will be released on September 18, 2020. Jordan also has other projects on his schedule including a new untitled David O'. Russell movie with Christian Bale and Margot Robbie, as well as the film A Journal for Jourdan, which will be directed by Denzel Washington.

Here is what the article I was reading says:

Want to get sober? Harvard researchers analyzed data on 10,565 people figure out how. Twelve-step programs work but some are much more effective than others. A new review of 27 studies covering 10,565 participants concludes that the key to sobriety is a 12-step program that is based at a clinic. These programs are typically facilitated by a professional and adopt some principals of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). Their one-year sobriety rate is astonishingly high at 42%. It does matter what type of Twelve Step Facilitation intervention people receive, says coauthor Dr. John Kelly, a professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Better organized and well-articulated clinical treatments have the best result. Avoid looser programs where a counselor is winging it once a week. The study suggests that successful programs follow standardized procedures and are designed to increase long-term AA participation. Not surprisingly, the researchers attribute the sky-high success rate to the fact that people in these programs tend to join AA long term. For those unable to swallow the religious undertones of AA, the researchers found that the next most effective treatment is cognitive behavioral therapy, which had a 35% sobriety rate after one year, though it is exponentially more expensive than AA, requiring ongoing one-on-one appointments with a psychotherapist. The research is an update to a 2006 paper that reviewed eight studies with a smaller number of participants.

I want to write about this article because I have taken a real nice liking into what Bebe Rexha has done for me and how important her music and her existence on this planet has meant to me. Bebe Rexha says a friend of a friend died of coronavirus. Bebe Rexha has a message to share following some somber news. The singer, thirty, took to Twitter on Tuesday to announce that someone she shared a mutual friend with had passed away after being infected by coronavirus.

This is not a joke. A friend of a friend just died of corona at the age of 45, she wrote. Stay inside your fucking house and do your civic duty. Please.

In a separate tweet, Rexha offered her opinion on how the government could help Americans, tagging Donald Trump directly.

The US government should put a stop to rent payments, mortgage payments, rent payments and utility payments at least until the corona virus is under control, Rexha said. Millions of Americans are worried about keeping their jobs and their homes instead of staying safe. @realDonaldTrump.

The singer then offered some assistance to a few followers that are struggling financially, pledging to send them money via Cashapp. Rexha isn't the only celebrity affected by the virus these days.

    Ten Percent Animals/Kids

    Ten Percent Sports

I want to add Ten Percent Sports because sports are such an important part of society. I talked a lot about sports in my last book, but now I am going to add a section for sports. I want to talk about the scores on January 11, 2020, for college basketball. There are a lot of scores I can relate to.

The first one I want to talk about is Baylor beating Kansas 67–55. The real creator stands for 55 and 67 is close enough to 66, so this was my doing. It was an upset because it was a fourth seed beating a third seed.
