1- What do you know about this company?

New Flyer was founded in 1930, as Western Auto and Truck Body Limited, and is now the largest
transit bus manufacturer in North America, with fabrication, manufacturing, and service centers
in the United States and Canada. It continues building on our 85+ year legacy of innovation to
deliver innovative transit technology that meets the complex demands of communities today
and into the future.

2- What are your greatest strengths (assets) that you would bring to our
company (organization? Name the strength and give an example, no more
than 3 sentences for each strength)
My key strengths skills are; working in the fast-paced environment and team-oriented. When I
worked in KPC, I used to work on the hazardous LPG plant and working in a very limited time
during a day. So, detailed planning and fast action were the important parameters at that
project. By this way the project finished with the minimum delay (about 2 weeks) during a 2-
year project period.
My second strength is team-oriented. In my last job, I contributed with a team. We sheared
experience and knowledge to complete the project by the best way and highest quality.

3- What are your career goals? What are your plans for the future?
My long term goals involve growing with the company where I can continue to learn, take on
additional responsibilities, and contribute as much value as possible to the team. I love that New
Flyer emphasize professional development opportunities. I would take full advantage of the
educational resources available.

I believe in the company`s vision of helping its customer achieve technical sustainability and live
healthier lives. The fact that the compact actively seeks out innovative and simple ways to
achieve this goal is what attracted me the most to the company. I have also been inspired by the
customer support I have followed and believe I will not only grow at this firm but will positively
create impact within the community.
