Significant reduction in departure options, in-country travel restrictions

prompt increase of evacuation preparedness level to STAND BY

We have increased our evacuation preparedness level for mainland China, excluding Hong Kong (SAR), Macau (SAR)
and Taiwan (China), to STAND BY as a precaution, due to a progressive reduction in both in-country and outbound
travel options. Departure options have significantly reduced due to the cancellation of flights to/from mainland
China by many major airlines, as well as bans imposed on travellers from China by various countries, including the US,
Australia, Singapore, New Zealand and the Philippines. Additionally, there has been increasingly strict inner-city
movement restrictions in other locations outside of Hubei province. Managers should strongly consider reducing in-
country staff numbers by relocating foreign families and non-essential staff, while commercial air options are viable.
