Q-2 Table Below shows the number of trips produced and attracted in different zones of an urbun area.
Using Gravity model, find the number of trips between zone 1-3, zone 1-4, zone 1-5, zone 2-3, zone 2-
4 and zone 2-5. using travel time as shown in the figure.

Q-4 A self contained team consist of four residential areas A,B, C and D and two industrial estate X & Y generation equation
shows that for the design year in questions the trips from home to work generated by each resedential area per 24 hours
are given, there are 3700 jobs in industrial estate X and 4500 in industrial estate Y.it is know that the attraction between
zones are are inversly proportional to the square of journey time between zones. the journey time in minutes are also give.

Q-5 A team with clearly defined four residential area has been developed with two industrial zone from the survey it is observed
that the four residential areas generate work trips in 24 hours as shown in table
it is also estimated from the survey that he jobs generated in the two industrial zones are 4050 and 5060 respectively on the
basis of experience of similar towns it is observed that the trip interchanges between the residential and industrial zones
are inversely proportional to the square of the journey times between the zones. travel time between the residential areas
and the industrial zones shown in table.
