Responsabilités:

Support aux activités de l’unité des Relations Extérieures :

• Participation à la gestion des projets de l’unité
• Support à l’organisation d’évènements (Journée Mondiale du Réfugié, point presse, conférences,
lancements et clôtures de projets…)
• Collaboration étroite avec les autres unités et participation aux réunions de coordination internes
• Participation aux réunions de coordinations externes (Partenaires, Agences des Nations Unies,
Représentants Gouvernementaux…)
• Veille médiatique et préparation de la revue de presse de manière hebdomadaire
• Participation à la préparation de communiqués de presse en arabe, français et anglais
• Appui à la stratégie de communication digitale
• Traduction de notes thématiques
• Gestion de rendez-vous avec les ambassades et acteurs de la société civile.
• Recherche et préparation de notes thématiques sur divers sujets (politiques, économiques,
juridiques…)

Qualifications:

Formation :
- Diplôme niveau Bac +3 minimum en Relations Internationales, Sciences Politiques, Journalisme ou
Communication.

Qualités personnelles et professionnelles:

- Compétences en recherche, analyse et esprit de synthèse.

- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Intérêt pour le milieu humanitaire.

Langues et Informatique :

- Maîtrise des outils informatiques.

- Maîtrise de l’arabe, du français et de l’anglais.
 Eligibilité :

Les candidat(e)s postulant à cette offre doivent être de nationalité marocaine ou étranger disposant
d’une carte de séjour marocaine valide.

NB: UNHCR pay a monthly Food and Local Transportation Allowance (FLTA). The FLTA will be the
equivalent of 10% of the Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) of Rabat, Morocco — approx. 700 USD per
month, normally payable in local currency.
