20 Lot 15 Sapphire St., Greenville Subd. Sahud Ulan 4108 Tanza Cavite,

witnesseth:

That I INDEBTED in the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P250, 000.00), Philippine
Currency, to KENNETH RAZADO .

That I PROMISE to pay the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200, 000.00), Philippine
Currency, within a period of Six (6) months and interest of PERCENT (6%) payable monthly every 19th of
each month starting December 19, 2019 until May 19, 2020 including the principal loan.

That to SECURE payment thereof I am issuing a post dated checks of East West Bank, Tanza Branch
with Account No.for the monthly interest and voluntarily hand over (for safe keeping) my 2011 Ford
Escape with Plate No. PQX-868 as COLLATERAL for the said debt.

official receipt and certificate of registration, owner’s valid id’s and manual
booklet of the said vehicle.

Diamond White 4x2 Gas M/T with FRAME No. PEZEV22281GP00513 ENGINE
NO.L310518702, with PLATE NO. PQX-868 was received by EDWARD
