SIR:

I, the undersigned, would like to express my intent to apply for Teacher-In-Charge (TIC)
position. I am confident that my knowledge, abilities, and experience, combined with my
communication skills, high sense of integrity and most importantly my willingness to adapt
and learn would greatly benefit the Department.

I am currently working as a Teacher at Dita Elementary School and have been serving
the Department for more than four years already. Presently, I am the school’s SIP,
LRMDS, ICT, Mathematics, GAD Coordinator and BAC Chairman. I have also been the
Faculty President of the school since 2016.

Also, I have been occasionally designated by my school head as the officer-in-charge of

the school. Those experiences have helped me realize my potential as a real school
administrator and has encouraged me to pursue this dream.

Hence, presently, I am taking my Master of Arts in Education majoring in Educational

Administration (MAED-EDAD) at Western Mindanao State University. I have already
earned 27 units as of last semester and will be enrolling for my last subject this coming
semester before taking the comprehensive examination.

As a person who believes that learning is a life-long process, I continue to improve myself
by attending seminars and training and most importantly by reading and researching to
make myself adept in knowledge concerning education whether that be in classroom
management, curriculum planning, program development, teaching and learning process,
etc.

As an educator, I am the kind that is visionary who recognizes that teaching and learning
is the top priority of a school. Being an instructional leader in my classroom I believe that
achieving success as a leader by any means requires doing the right things right. I believe
that this kind of quality is what will help make me a great administrator.

Attached herewith are my pertinent papers for your immediate perusal. I hope you find
my qualifications worthy as a possible candidate for the position.
