2. Physical Parameter
Physical parameter is consist of Temperature (⁰C), Relative Humidity (%) and Differential
Pressure (Pa). Data has been collected by Environment Monitoring System (EMS) that using
RTHx sensor to read the room temperature (⁰C) and Relative Humidity (%), and RPx
sensor to read the room Differential Pressure (Pa).
In the following table is a list of RTHx and RPx sensors that used to read the physical
parameters of the environment.

1.1. Data of Physical parameter

1.1.1. Temperature
Specification: not more than 250C (grade A, B and C)
not more than 270C (grade D and E);
Data has collected by EMS, and sorted by its working date, excluding Saturday,
Sunday and holiday. Data also sorted by its working hour (08.00 – 16.00).
Trending analysis performed for each room, using mean value for each working
hour. The detailed data is provide in attachment-1 Temperature Data for
AHU15116 on June 2019.
1.1.2. Relative Humidity

Specification: not more than 55% (grade A, B and C)
not more than 60% (grade D)
not more than 70% (grade E)

1.1.3. Differential Pressure

Specification: not less than 5 Pa

Based on the graph above, it can be stated that the temperature trend
in this room still meets the requirements.

Based on the graph above, it can be stated that the Temperature trend
in this room is not met the specification. It mean that the value are out
of specification, for this room there is a problem with the temperature
sensor so that the temperature reading does not match the actual
conditions.

Based on the graph above, it can be stated that the Relative Humidity
trend in this room still meets the requirements.

2.1.3.1 Personal Air Lock >< E-Shoes Male
Based on the graph above, it can be stated that the Difference Pressure
trend in this room meets the requirements. Except for 08.00 – 16.00

WIB, the mean value are out of specification, but there is no production
or analytical activity in the room so it can be justified.
2.1.3.2 Change Room E-clothes male >< E-drink male
Based on the graph above, it can be stated that the Differential Pressure
trend in this room is not met the specification. It mean that the value
are out of specification, for this room there is a problem with the
temperature sensor so that the temperature reading does not match
the actual conditions.

1.2 Conclusion of Physical Parameter

1.2.3 Temperature
Based on several graph above, within monthly trend analysis the temperature
of all room that covered by AHU 15116 are performing good and met its
specification.
1.2.4 Relative Humidity

Based on several graph above, within monthly trend analysis the Relative
Humidity of all room that covered by AHU 15116 are performing good and met
its specification.
1.2.5 Differential Pressure

Based on several graph above, within monthly trend analysis the Differential
Pressure of all room that covered by AHU 15116 are performing good and met
its specification, except for Personal Air Lock >< E-Shoes Male, Change Room
E-clothes male >< E-drink male, Desinfectant-2 >< Change Room E-Clothes,
Personal Air Lock-1 >< E-Shoes Female that the mean value are out of
specification, this can be happened because of in this month the AHU 15116
are in off condition, so the Differential Pressure are not in controlled, and
relatively easy to be affected by Differential Pressure of other room that
covered by other AHU.
3. Particulate Parameter
This test was not carried out because the processing time was not yet due.
