The disciples looked at one another, uncertain of whom he spoke. One of the disciples, whom Jesus
loved, was reclining at table at Jesus’ side, so Simon Peter motioned to him to ask Jesus of whom
He spoke. So that disciple, leaning back against Jesus, said to Him, “Lord, who is it?” Jesus
answered, “It is he to whom I will give this morsel of bread when I have dipped it.” So when He had
dipped the morsel, He gave it to Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot. Then after he had taken the
morsel, Satan entered into him. Jesus said to him, “What you are going to do, do quickly.”

What a gift to be in the Word of God! It is our delight. Run to the Word, dear Christian educator for
all your needs and wants.

Psalm 1:2 – But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on His law he meditates day and night.

Dear Heavenly Father,

You have given us Your Word, the Bible, our
instruction manual for life. What a treasure.
Thank for speaking to us through Your
Word. Our delight is in the law of the Lord,
Your Word and on it we meditate day and

night. Help us Lord when school life

becomes crushingly overloaded and we
don’t take time for the Word. Help us to be
reminded daily of the refreshment it brings.
