Shell fabrics – Used in front and back of the shirt, collar, cuffs and sleeves of the shirt
Threads – Used in all the seams stitched by using threads in the shirt
The shirt is having one piece collar and plain opening. Sleeves of shirt are long sleeves with
single button cuff style. Sleeve openings of each sleeve are placket type openings. Sleeve
ends have two knife pleats. Pocket of the shirt is patch pocket without flap. The shirt
silhouette is regular tunic shirt. Centre back line of the shirt have centre back pleat.
(3) Draw the given sketches and name all the stitching lines A, B, C etc. Describe the each
stitching line in short.
(4) List all possible seam types you can use to stitch each stitching line you have named in
part (3).
