Construction
All of our modules are made with the same materials used in both pharmaceutical and laboratory environments.
Outside Structure and Panels
• Metallic painted tube for main structure
• Metallic sandwich panel with granulated sheet for outside
• Various materials for second skin panels can be added as an option
Floor
• Use loads: from 250 kg/m² (standard) up to 1 T/m²
• Insulation: 100 mm thick polyurethane under flooring
• Floor coating: Gerflor PVC flooring (Mipolam Biocontrol)
with round profiles in edges for cleaning
Inside Partition and Doors
• Roof and walls: Cleanroom sandwich panels (2 painted
metal sheets with rockwool or polyurethane insulation).
Coating for H2O2 resistance available
• Round edges for cleaning
• Cleanroom doors equipped with electronic panels for
interlock system
Electricity
• Power outlets (230 V / 400 V) and RJ45 plugs
• Waterproof lights (fluorescent or LED) sized for 350 Lux
• Emergency lights
Air Conditioning
The biological protection level of these units can be fully customised based on the operational requirements.

• Stand-alone automation or control by an
existing supervisor
• Alerts can be local alarms or notifications
delivered to mobile phones
Filtration & • Inlet air: from G4 up to H14

Air Treatment • Temperature control: standard 22 ±2 °C
(outside temperature from -10 °C up to
+35 °C), others can be studied on demand
• Hygrometry: without control for basic
design, with steam humidifier and
chiller dehumidifier if needed
Pressure Control • Positive pressure to maintain SPF
or SOPF health status, clean areas,
lab space
• Negative pressure (research in
virology, breeding or transgenic
models, vaccine production, cell
culture, housing of animals with
uncertain health status)
• Each room can be managed
separately
Decontamination • Material airlock can be equipped
with specific exhaust, panels,
and automation to control H2O2
