The offered technology has following advantages :

• Oil-Free Gas compressor

• High efficiency valves move more gas volume
• Heavy-duty pistons & crankshaft

Single-stage, ductile iron, nonlube gas compressor with one set of packing on each steel piston
rod to prevent product leakage and oil carryover. The compressor is fitted with Teflon piston
rings, Buna-N O-rings, aluminium gaskets, flywheel, an external automotive type oil filter, and an
oil pressure gauge.
Mounted with ;
• Steel LIQUID TRAP with mechanical float, drain valve and vent valve.
• Ductile iron 4-WAY VALVE to allow both liquid transfer and vapor recovery.
• Ductile iron inlet STRAINER.
• Stainless steel, liquid filled PRESSURE GAUGES at suction and discharge.
• Steel BELTGUARD, interconnecting piping and a steel baseplate.
