Unlicensed Contractors
As in most if not all states, unlicensed contractors are viewed with disfavor in Florida, and the DBPR actively prosecutes unlicensed activity.42 The DBPR and numerous counties have active “ULA”43 programs, and reports of arrests are not unusual.44 Chapter
489 contains sections defining prohibited activities and the consequences for engaging in those activities: §489.127 identifies prohibited activities; §489.128 identifies the civil consequences of unlicensed activity; and §489.129 sets forth the administrative
disciplinary proceedings .Under F.S. §489.127(1), activities prohibited to unlicensed contractors include falsely holding oneself out as a licensed contractor, using another’s license as one’s own, and using a suspended or revoked license. Continuing to operate
60 days after losing one’s only qualifying agent and commencing work without a permit are also prohibited to contractors, whether licensed or not. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a first-degree misdemeanor, and a second offense constitutes a
third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison.45

abused by many Judges entrusted with the absolute Awesome Authority and power over those before the court while
supposing-ly maintaining their oath to uphold Florida Law and Constitution, but for the lure of bribes and other unjust
influences, a few of our Judges rule against Florida Laws and constitution and do so clearly with a visible degree of unbridled
arrogance and selfness Judicial immunity is used by Corruption as a weapon of Corruption. Thus making our Third branch of
Government, the Judiciary no more different than street Thugs with legalized attitudes to violate the very laws street thugs are
arrested and convicted daily for. There’s No immunity for Police, No Immunity for Mayors, No immunity for State Governors or
even the President of the United States, why Judges, if Judges follow the Law, and don’t accept bribes, execute the duties as
sworn to under oath what then would be the need for Judicial immunity if Judges play by the Rules of Law ?

accepted a bribe from Miami Millionaire Stuart R Kalb and his Business Partner Miami Attorney Roniel R Rodriguez IV in
exchange for Favorable ruling against Florida Constitution Article X 4 (a) Homestead protection Laws, Florida Breach of Contract
laws and Florida unlicensed Contractor Statute 489.127/ 489.128 in the case CREDO LLC vs American Investment Services and
Darrell K Wilson, the target was Constitutionally Protected 20 year resident Mix use Homestead Property, 718-726A-726-728
