An invitation letter is just what the term implies, it’s an invitation to something. It can be an
invitation to:
-a celebration
-a special function
-a company function

Dalam mengajak, anda bisa menggunakan ungkapan-ungkapan sebagai berikut:
a. Let's go see movie tonight. arti = Ayo pergi nonton malam ini.
b. How about to go to beach? arti = Bagaimana kalau pergi ke pantai?
c. Do you want to wall-climbing next weekend? arti = Apakah kamu ingin panjat tebing minggu
depan?
d. Why don't we join a city tour? arti = Mengapa kita tidak gabung di tour keliling kota?
4. Menjawab ajakan
Dalam menjawab ajakan, anda bisa menggunakan ungkapan-ungkapan sebagai berikut:
a. That's great idea. arti = Ide bagus.
b. Good idea. arti = Ide bagus.
c. Sure. Why not? arti = Tentu. Kenapa tidak?
d. Cool. arti = Keren.
e. Sounds good/ great. arti = Terdengar bagus.
f. Sounds like fun. arti = Terdengar menyenangkan.
5. Menolak ajakan
Dalam menolak ajakan, anda bisa menggunakan ungkapan-ungkapan sebagai berikut:
a. Sorry, I can't. I have a meeting. arti = Maaf, saya tidak bisa. Saya ada pertemuan.
b. I'd love to, but I have other plans. arti = Saya sangat suka, tetapi saya punya rencana lain.
c. Unfortunately, I'm busy. arti = Sayangnya saya sibuk.
d. I'll pass that one. arti = Saya akan melewatkan yang itu.
6. Membujuk untuk ikut
Dalam membujuk untuk ikut, anda bisa menggunakan ungkapan-ungkapan sebagai berikut:
a. It will not be great without you. arti = Ini tidak akan bagus tanap kamu.
b. Oh, come on. It'll be great. arti = Oh, ayo lah. Ini akan sangat bagus.
