Annual Maintenance Contract :
• On call visits for Preventive Maintenance.
• AMC’s – 4 maintenance calls (+ 2 break down call free)
• Cranedge Provide Engineer stationed at site ( 20 trucks or more)
• Battery Checks and maintenance are covered under PM.

Warranty /Breakdown calls – By Integrated Software Archibus

Resolving the breakdown call


• Receives breakdown information from customer through mail/telephone /verbal.
• A discussion is held with the customer to know the nature of the problem either
by telephone/mail/ meeting f to f.
• An analysis of problem is done to understand the problem & the possible causes.
If not understood the possible causes, one time break down visit charges quoted
to customer.
• Customer’s purchase order / payment confirmation/CCS confirmed.
• Service Engineer allocated through ARCHIBUS and attends the problem.
• Service engineer attends the crane breakdown, if the problem is minor, solved
immediately.
• ARCHIBUS work completion report sent to customer with comments.
