VOICE OPERATED INDUCTION MOTOR SPEED CONTROL THROUGH RF

COMMUNICATION

Objective:

The objective of this project is to control the speed of the motor by using Wireless RF
voice signal.

Scope:
In this project is very useful in industries application to control the motor. By using this
project we can control the motor from office or manager room with the help of wireless voice
signal.
Methodology:
This project is designed by following blocks
 Voice IC
 RF TX and RX.
 Amplifier
 Pulse shaping circuit
 Micro controller
 DAC
 LCD display
 Control circuit
 Motor
In voice Different voice are be recorded for different speed. If the voice matches The
corresponding data is send to the microcontroller. The microcontroller is programmed to get this
data and send the information serially to the RF transmitter.
This information is received wirelessly through RF receiver in the Receiver side and send
to the microcontroller.
The micro controller contains the program already written to run that according to our
objective. A microcontroller (or MCU) is a computer-on-a-chip used to control any electronic
device. The DAC is interface with microcontroller
DAC is nothing but digital to analog converter which received the digital signal from the
microcontroller and converts the corresponding analog voltage. Then the analog voltage is given
to control circuit. The control circuit is constructed by the Triac. Depending on the analog
voltage the traic firing angle is varied so the variable voltage is given to motor in order to get the
desired speed.

Advantage:
 Easily implemented
 Low power consumption.
 We can the motor from office or manager room itself.
Application:
This is an industries based project to control the motor. In applications where
the involvement to bulky wires has to be avoided, the Control of Motor using voice signal. In
this project is very useful in robotic application.
