A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINANCE EDITHA S. ESTILLOSO TO CLAIM FROM

TIELCO THE PROMPT PAYMENT DISCOUNT OF BAPA UPPER KABISIG.

WHEREAS, on January 30, 2020 the following are members/consumers of BAPA

UPPER KABISIG who were elected namely:

Chairman : DOMINADOR S. CANDIDO

Vice Chairman (Finance)
Vice Chairman (Operation)
Vice Chairman (Education)
Secretary
Auditor
: EDITHA S. ESTILLOSO
: LONIE G. VISCA
: MICHAEL G. CEZAR
: LUVISMINDA E. IGNACIO
: DANIEL B. GALLOS

WHEREAS, as a result of the election they are considered the duly elected
officers of the BAPA PUSDAN until a new election has been set for the purpose;

WHEREAS, for the purposes of transacting business with TIELCO especially in

the claims of PPD Mrs. EDITHA S. ESTILLOSO is hereby authorize to claim the PPD
with TIELCO but said amount shall remain as the BAPA funds;

RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorized EDITHA S.

ESTILLOSO to claim from TIELCO the Prompt Payment Discount of BAPA PUSDAN.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to TIELCO and

Philippine National Bank for their information and approval.
