Tools and Equipment for Metal Works

Oxy-gas Torches - Oxy fuel welding, also known as gas welding or oxyacetylene welding, is a
process that uses oxygen and gases such as acetylene, propylene, or propane, to weld and
cut metal. Miller offers gas equipment to completely outfit your oxy fuel needs – including outfits,
regulators, torches, tips and gas mixers.

Magnetic Drill - This is a portable machine used to drill holes in structural steel objects. This
is the best tool for drilling heavy objects that cannot be lifted or moved. Magnetic drill machine
has a permanent magnetic base, also known as a mag base, magnetic drill, magnetic broach
cutter machine, etc.

Cold Saw - A cold saw is a hand-held and portable saw machine with an electric motor
and a circular, toothed blade. Cold saws produce the lowest cost per cut among all
sawing methods. The blade rotates at a high speed for fast, precise cutting.
Welding machine - The equipment which provides electric current to join the metals or
thermoplastics by creating coalescence often by melting small portions of
them. Welding process: The molten metal or plastic used as filler initiated the holding of the two
pieces together in welding process.

A 4 ½-inch or 6-inch angle grinder - This handheld power tool is used for cutting,
grinding, and polishing different types of metal.

Rivet Gun - The rivet gun is used on rivet's factory head (the head present before riveting
takes place), and a bucking bar is used to support the tail of the rivet. The energy from the
hammer in the rivet gun drives the work and the rivet against the bucking bar.
