EFADCO

We are Efadco Petroleum Services Co. S.A.E. Free zone, Cairo, our head
office is located in Cairo, very close to almost all Oil&Gas companies in
Egypt. Recently we are opening branches in Canada , UAE and Libya.
Efadco facilities include an 1800 square meters land in the free zone of
Suez City which is tax and custom free which gives us advantage of about
25% less than our competitors. Additional 5000 square meters yard on the
red sea is used for Workshop purposes.
Efadco will differentiate itself from its competitors by introducing better
services, as it depends on experienced employees who are fully qualified
to execute work in excellent way. Also, the company provides its
employees with training courses to get acquainted with the latest
technology in petroleum services and the best ways to serve the customer.
IN addition to that, the company has assessed and found compliant with
the requirements of: ISO 9001 2008.

honesty in all business dealings. The objective is to maintain and enhance
the reputation of the Company and enforce ethical dealings with customers
and suppliers.

Chairman’s Statement
I am pleased to report another year of successful results for the
Company, During the last 2 years we focused more directly on
the petroleum services market by disposing our company to
meet the requirements of the rapid changing market.

Our markets have seen extraordinary turmoil during the past

few months, with a ramp up in oil prices to Unprecedented
heights followed by an even more precipitate fall, and The
underlying causes are well understood.
Regardless that we established our business in efficient, strong, rapid way, we occupy
an important niche in the petroleum services equation to be a brief phenomenon.

I thank all our staff for enabling the Company to produce another fine
performance in challenging times.

The Company’s plan for 2010:2011 is to:

• Contain and reduce costs.
• Continue new product development.
• Enlarge our facilities & assets.
• Increasing our market share by acquire companies that complement and
Strengthen existing operations
•Improve further its’ Health, Safety and Environmental record
Our operating and growth strategy is to expand our proprietary technology,
geographic footprint, market share strength and asset utilisation.

This describes the policies and procedures put in place by the board to ensure that the
Company operates in a safe and responsible manner and where practical takes steps to
protect the environment.
The Company acknowledges and is committed to its corporate social responsibilities
within the areas in which it operates.
Its contribution and involvement is determined by the regional custom and best
practice in those locations and is subject to regular monitoring and review by the board
