Guaranteed Attendance for Banquet Functions
The client will advise the Hotel of the minimum number of guests attending the event
48 hours prior to the function. The Hotel will cater and charge for at least this number of guests
guaranteed. Guests in excess of this figure on the day of the function will be charged for accordingly.
The Hotel reserves the right to change the venue, if the number of guests becomes less than the
guaranteed number of guests.

Guaranteed Number of Rooms


The client will advise the Hotel of the minimum number of rooms required at least one week prior to
the arrival. The Hotel will block and charge for at least this number of rooms guaranteed. The Hotel
cannot accept any reduction in rooms one week prior to the arrival of the group and will charge the
guaranteed number of rooms. Rooms in excess of this figure
on the day of the arrival are subject to availability and will be charged for as per agreement terms.
Payment Terms, Deposit and Confirmation
After an inquiry is made by the client, the Hotel will prepare a proposal for the client and do a
tentative booking of rooms and function neither space, which does not guarantee the availability of
the rooms nor the function space.

After receiving of this deposit, the rooms and function space will be definitely booked and the event is
then confirmed.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking not guaranteed by a deposit without any prior
notice.

Validity of Proposal
This proposal is valid One Month from the date stated on the proposal, after which the proposal
automatically expires.

Menu Confirmation
For functions with meal arrangements, the Hotel will send the client several menu proposals for his
selection. The client has to select and confirm his preferred menu with the Hotel at least 72 hours
before the event in order to guarantee the availability of the ingredients; otherwise the Hotel will
choose the menu on behalf of the client.

Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah and are included to 21 % Government Tax and Service
Charge, unless otherwise stated.

Others
No food and beverages from outside are allowed to be brought into the hotel premises without prior
written approval from the Hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function, which may damage the Hotel’s
reputation or may affect its business and security.
The Hotel will not assume any responsibility for any damage or loss of any merchandise, equipment or
articles neither left in the Hotel before or after the event nor assume

Any responsibility for your car or its contents while parking at the Hotel’s parking space.

The Hotel cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control such as cancellations due to
new Laws or Regulations, Power failures and similar events.
The Hotel however will assist the client to make alternative arrangements to the best of its capacity.

Any missing remote controls for TV or AC in guest rooms will be charged to the client at RP. 300.000,-
++ per piece.
The organizer is responsible to obtain all relevant permits and documents needed for his function. The
Hotel will only assist to obtain the local police permit with the cost being charged to the organizer.

The client agrees not to put any signs, displays, streamers or electrical connections without prior
approval and under supervision of the Hotel. The client will be fully responsible for damages and losses
of equipment or fixtures caused by the client’s guests to the Hotel property,
which has been put at the disposal of the client.
