Dear Madam,

Good day! I am writing to report an unlawful operation of a recycling facility, that can
be found along Governor’s Drive Carmona Cavite, without securing first a business
permit from the Office of the Mayor.

In accordance with Sec. 92 of the Municipal Ordinance No. 002-2014 of Municipality

of Carmona, Cavite, stating:

SECTION 92: It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a recycling facility,
scrap buying business, junkshop, and/or similar business without securing first
business permit from the Office of the Mayor.

It shall be prohibited to operate a business establishment without securing first a

business permit. In line with equal and fair business competition, it is unfair for us,
taxpayers and with business permits, to allow establishments to operate without
business permit.

It is the duty of this Municipality to ensure that these businesses/livelihoods are

properly operated, maintained and regulated in accordance with the existing laws,
ordinances and applicable rules and regulations. In this regard, I humbly ask this
Municipality to take action or actions for such unlawful act. I hope this letter with take
priority. Thank you!
