I would like to introduce myself as Nikunj Bavadiya accomplished my graduation from Pacific
School of Engineering which is affiliated with Gujarat Technological University (GTU) and
intending to pursue my master in Renewable Energy Systems in your revered university. I feel a
need to explore this field more and Germany is one of the best places to get exposure to this field
due to numerous renewable and electrical industries. As a world is facing with the greatest
shortage of energy especially electrical energy and the renewable source of energy is the best
source which will not exhaust for millions of years. I have learned numerous fundamental laws
during my undergraduate course in Electrical Engineering from which subjects such as
Conventional Power Engineering, Electrical Machine Design, Electrical Machine, Switchgear,
Power Electronics and, Engineering Mathematics are core strength in this field. This would be
helpful to me in dealing with new technology and the practical low-down and information I
require. The man is advancing into a domain of new technology and science from the past few
decades. This advancement is for the betterment of society to make the life of people easy, safe
and comfortable and I would like to be an integral part of such betterment.

Since my childhood, I am curious to learn new things and gain knowledge as much as I can
grasp from trustworthy sources and wanted to use that understanding in real-life problems. I
have been interested in science due to the surrounding atmosphere in which I live. My father
works in electrical departmental store and he often brings the various electrical machine to be
repaired at home and I have been growing watching this. He likes to make DIY projects at home
and watching this I was excited to know more about science and completed my high school in
science stream. I secured (74.8%) and learned all the fundamentals of Mathematics, Physics, and
Chemistry. But during my vacation, I had spent most of my time with my father and watched the
way he works with various electrical instruments and machines from which I gained huge
knowledge in electrical machines. But that was not enough to fill my thirst so I decided to do my
bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Pacific School of Engineering which is affiliated with
Gujarat Technological University (GTU).

During my graduation subjects such as Conventional Power Engineering, Electrical machine,

Electrical Machine Design, Commissioning of Electrical Equipment, Power System and
Protection, Power Electronics, Power System Analysis and Stimulation, Advanced
Mathematics, Microcontroller, Switchgear etc…, revealed to me limitless horizons in the field
of Electrical Engineering. With the idea of testing my knowledge, I gave the All India
Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) 2016 during my final year of graduation and also
has managed to secure 54 scores. Apart from the Curriculum, I participated in many university
festivals, and I organized events such as Mindspark, Sports Mania, and others, which improved
my management and interpersonal skills. I used that theoretical and practical knowledge in
making projects such as Dronexkton an unmanned aerial vehicle used for spraying pesticide.
In 2014, I got an opportunity of internship in Zaveri Electronics, where I received training of
manufacturing of mini transformer and I got hands-on experience of assembly and disassembly of
the transformer. In 2016, I had completed my graduation with 8.03 CGPA out of 10 scales. After
4 months of my graduation competition, I was appointed as an electrical engineer by an R.N.
Dobariya ‘AA' government Contractor. As a part of work, I had to do execution and
commissioning of LT panels and Substation which include Transformer, DG etc… I also
encountered many difficult tasks to perform but I manage to complete the task successfully and
learn new technical and management skills that can be useful for me in future. Apart from the
technical work I also got to know the working culture of various industries. During my tenure, I
also learn leadership skills and how to solve issues in company collaboratively.

After achieving an experience of almost 2 years I had engrossed my knowledge about work, and I
felt that I need to go for higher education for my bright future. After exploring all feasible courses
that can be beneficial to me in future, I find that a recognized University like yours is offering a
course in Renewable Energy Systems, which is perfectly suitable for me based on my interest
and availability of its demand in upcoming years. I was interested in this field since my bachelor,
but I want to gain field experience before starting my Master study so that the experience can
help me to visualize various engineering systems thoroughly. At this point of my career, I felt that
my bachelors education and professional qualification coupled with the opportunities of studying
in Germany have strengthen my goals, and have developed a keen desire in me to pursue a
Master of science course in Renewable Energy Systems from your University, which would
definitely equip me with comprehensive and specialized skills as an outcome of rigorous training
in most aspects of Engineering.

I came to know about your university, which is offering a course called Renewable Energy
Systems while browsing through various courses from the websites called DAAD. Technische
Hochschule Ingolstadt is the appropriate one for me since it provides a unique mix of
educational advantages. It is one of the most dynamic university providing personal attention and
extensive academic resources along with superior education in the field of Renewable Energy
Systems and also I will get exposure to other subjects too. This will give the flexibility to make
my profile interdisciplinary. I also realize that the syllabus offered at this University is designed
to meet the demands of the present day industry covering the Solar industry, Wind turbine
industry, Renewable source Producing Electricity sector and many others. In all, one need not
mention it is a comprehensive university that furnishes an education that will serve me well in my
career and prepare me for a lifetime of learning. This course will surely help me to fulfil my goal
of working in the industries mentioned above.

It would be a great pleasure and honor for me if given a chance to pursue my master studies at
the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt. I hope that you will find in me a deserving and
