SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, JADE O. MONTEMAYOR, of legal age, Filipino, single and currently residing in

Valencia, Negros Oriental, Philippines, have named, constituted and appointed and by
these presents, do name, constitute and appoint, MIRIAM A. MIOLE, of legal age,
Filipino and a currently residing in Cagbungalan, Liloan, Southern Leyte, to be my true
and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead, and to do the following:

1. To process/facilitate my school clearance from Southern Leyte State University

located at San Roque, Sogod, Southern Leyte.

2. To process, secure and claim my Honorable Dismissal from the same school.

3. To sign, execute, and receive whatever documents and/or papers to effect with
the power stated in this authorization pertinent to the above-described
authority.

4. That the said Honorable Dismissal will be submitted to Presbyterian

Theological School located in Cantil-e, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.

Hereby giving and granting unto my said attorney full powers and authority to do
and perform every act or thing necessary or whatsoever requisite in or about the
premises, as fully and to all intent and purposes, as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
