Roles & Responsibility:-

 Creating and Managing Linux instances in AWS EC2, VMware.
 Support of client/server hardware, software, peripherals,and networked
systems more than 3000 both Linux,VMWare windows servers in a data centre
environment through Zabbix monitoring tool & Nagios.
 In AWS, we monitor Health check with cloud watch.
 Create VPC’s and manage Elastic ip’s with routing concepts.
 AWS administration on difference services EC2, S3, Route53, EBS , Resizing cloud
instances in EC2.
 Being part of the client’s meetings, huddle call, SOP transition, and deployment.
  Maintaining SLA’s withing different levels(CRIT,HIGH,MED,LOW & Very Low).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS LINUX ADMINISTRATOR:

 Virtualization and managing virtual machines

 Have knowledge about Basic information about linux OS. (File system, File
configuration, Linux structure , directories ,etc)
 Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues
independently.
Working exposure to networked storage (NAS) concepts.
 Experience in maintaining IBM, HP , DELL server's clusters understandings of
UNIX file systems, boot processes.
 Understanding of Taking the backup. Automation of jobs using AT & CRON
scheduler.
 Role in performing system recovery during system failures.
 Network configuration and troubleshooting.Hands on experience with IBM , HP
and Dell servers and management console.Working with the NOC architecture for
24*7 uptime and Stability of the entire Infrastructure and Network with

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS WINDOWS ADMINISTRATOR:

 Responsible for remote administration of 2003/2008/2012 servers in domain

environment.
 Installation, Configuring and Maintaining Windows Servers 2003\2008\2012.
 Configuration and Managing RAID as per requirement.
 Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Vmware.
 Service requests: Tickets regarding changes in the infrastructure, Increase of
memory, hard disk, Number of CPU’s, v2v migrations, installing softwares.
 Responsible for addressing the reactive and proactive issues on time and make
sure to meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement) defined by the client. .
 Problem management: Resolving problem tickets based on severity with justified
Root cause analysis.
 Assigning the permissions for File and Folder level, responsible for taking system
state backups.
 Responsible for windows patching through WSUS and IEM tool.
 Following Incident and Change Management as per ITIL Process.

ROLES AS VMWARE ADMINISTRATOR:

 Working on Various incidents like as ESX/ESXi server Down, Data store storage
issues, Vmotion, Patching, Snapshots, HA and DRS, etc..
 Use VMware VSphereVcenter Update Manager to apply patches to ESX, ESXi and
virtual machines.
 Maintaining Vcenter Servers, creating Virtual Machine Templates.
 Troubleshooting issues related to Virtual Machine VMotion, snapshots, clone.
 Performing different ESX server & Virtual Machine related tasks like vMotion,
Storage VMotion, High Availability (HA), DRS (Distributed Resource Scheduling),
Cloning, Snapshot.
 Migrating the Virtual Machines from one host to anther host by using vMotion
technique.
 Working with Templates and Clones & Deploying Virtual Machine from Templates

Project 2 : AT&T

Roles & Resonsibilities :

 Working on Various HP/DELL laptops & Desktops on installing various

packages for the business clients.
 Work on RDP to get the laptop/desktop on to the Domain.
 Booting the laptop/Desktop from the PXE
 Troubleshooting on all the installed packages.
 Creating a new profile from the Registry.
