CASE : alleged violation of R.A. 9165

SUSPECT : Kristine Joyce Batucan aka “Mommieta”

REQUESTING PARTY/UNIT: Cebu City Police Office

SPECIMEN SUBMITTED:
A) Two (2) pcs plastic sachets of shabu with marking “MCB-BB-1” and “MCB-BB-2” each
containing with crystalline substance
B) Three (3) pcs plastic sachets of shabu with marking “MCB-P-1” to “MCB-P-3” each
containing with crystalline substance

PRURPOSE OF EXAMINATION:
To determine the presence of dangerous drugs.

FINDINGS:
Qualitative examination conduction on specimens gave POSITIVE results to the tests for
the presence of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (shabu).

CONCLUSION:
Specimens contain Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (shabu), a dangerous drug.

REMARKS:
The above-stated specimens were opened during examination and re-sealed by the
undersigned examiner after the examination.
