LAD
The 352 hectares constituting the target for 2010 came from both workable
(320 hectares), problematic (16 hectares) and unlisted (17 hectares)
landholdings, the latter being remaining portions of previously covered lands
that were reflected in the FOF1, but not yet reflected in the LSMS. (Note:
updating in LSMS is done on a semestral basis with the required process that
involve PARCCOM resoluton, while that in FOF1 is done every month, or as
any new land is accommodated into the scope).
It can be noted that of the said balance, a great majority (268 hectares)
constitute a vast track of government-owned lands (GOL) still to be surveyed
and documented. A smaller, but still significant, portion (22.4926 hectares)
requires legal intervention of varying nature e.g. assistance for the isuance
of Owner’s Duplicate certificate of Title, cancellation of mortgage involving
heirs with unresolved and inconsistent birth certificates.
Finalization of survey contract for both new lands and mother CLOA
areas
DARMO-Operations-Legal-Surveyor conference to plan out specific
activities in support of beating the suervey deadline.
Possble tie up with B/MLGUs for assistance in the documentation
Regular feedback sessions for all MAROs, especially those with LAD
targets with special concerns
Communication with DARRO; a point person may be asked if none at
present
Manpower augmentation as may be necessary
