- Surveyed attacks on MD family of hash functions.
- Observed differential cryptanalysis of SHA 0, SHA 1 and found local collisions.
• Elliptic Curve Cryptography(isi kolkata) (May-July 2009)
- Analysed various elliptic curves and implemented an Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem.
- Using Java implemented an elliptic curve cryptosystem over the field of binary polynomials.

- Analysis of Algebraic Splines and approximation problems.
- Analysis of Trigonometric Splines for approximation problems and their comparison to Algebraic Splines.
• Auctions(MTH 603 : Mathematical Modelling)
- Presented the equivalence of different auctions in a competitive market.
• Division of Possession of a Football Field by Auctions (Introduction to Game Theory)
- Presented a fairer scheme based on auctions for the division of a football field
- Proved superiority of the new scheme by comparison to present schemes employed by NFL
- Discussed the existence of Nash equilibrium.
• Edge Reconstructibility of Graphs(MTH 657: Graph Theory)
- Showed that almost all graphs are edge reconstructable
• Shamir’s Secret Sharing Algorithm
- Using Java, implemented Shamir’s Secret Sharing Algorithm
