in 2009.

• The number of mobile phones sold in Ukraine in the third quarter of 2009 reached 1.2 million units, a growth
of +30% vs. 2008.

• Lack of standards in telecom equipment and poor domestic mobile Internet infrastructure are barriers for
mobile Internet in India.
