Greetings of Peace!

I am writing to your office to signify my interest in transferring to your school from my current
work station which is Minapan High School, Minapan, Tulunan, Cotabato to Buayan Elementary School,
M’lang South District, M’lang, Cotabato. I have given my share of working experience in a municipality
which is far from my own residence and for many obvious reasons, the distance of the work hinders the
quality of service that I can offer:

I want to be transferred for the following reasons:

1. The distance of the work place from my residence is taking much of my time from my family
and profession as well.

2. I travel 80 kilometers from our house to Minapan High School every working day and spend
huge portion of my salary for transportation.

3. If in the event that I will be transferred to your school, I will be more productive and efficient
in work as it will provide me more time for my profession and also for my family.

Over the years of service, I have rendered in Tulunan, I believe that I have become a great team
player and had given an exemplary performance in touching the lives of our learners.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding this application for transfer.
