PETITION

Petitioner, by counsel, unto the Honorable Court most

respectfully alleges that:

1. Petitioner is a corporation duly organized and existing

under Philippine laws with principal office address at the
________________________________. Petitioner is represented herein

is hereto attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part hereof.

2. Petitioner is the registered owner of a parcel of land

and avoid further confusion with regards to the technical description
of the subject property.

9. That the real property tax for the previous years and for the
current year have been paid by the petitioner;

10. That at the time of the filing of this petition, the subject
property is free from any lien or encumbrance and has not been taken
for tax assessment or delinquency.

PRAYER
PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is respectfully prayed that after
publication, notice and hearing, an Order be issued directing the
Registry of Deeds for the Province of Batangas to make the necessary
