A RESOLUTION TO HOLD THE 3rd COMMENCEMENT EXERCISE OF CABANTIAN NATIONAL

HIGH SCHOOL – SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL AT NCCC MALL BUHANGIN, ON APRIL 2, 2020.

WHEREAS, Cabantian National High School, Senior High School is now situated at Km. 10.5,
Cabantian, Davao City;

WHEREAS, it is found that students do not have venue to hold formal activity such as Recognition and
Graduation Ceremony;

WHEREAS, the need to find a venue for free to hold the Senior High SChool 3rd Commencement
Exercises which is at NCCC Mall Buhangin, Km. 7 Tigatto Road, Buhangin, Davao City, Davao del Sur
on April 2, 2020.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Minerva Sarillana, PTA Treasurer and duly seconded by Ruben
Torres and majority of the Parents in attendance, it is;
