Large Enterprises:
According to Companies Act 2017, large sized companies are:
 Non listed companies having paid up capital of 200 million or turnover of 1 billion or
more or employees 750 or more.
 A foreign company with a turnover of 1 billion or more.
 Non listed companies registered under sec. 42 and 45 of Companies Act 2017.
Exposure Limit:
Exposure limit of 25% of bank equity for group and 20% of bank equity for single.
