What Holds us Together?

God works in us.

Psalm 127:1 - Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except
the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

Philippians 2:13 - For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good
pleasure.

1 Corinthians 13:2 - And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries,
and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and
have not charity, I am nothing.

John 13:35 - By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to
another.

James 3:13-18 - Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him
shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against
the truth.
15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be
intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

Our Part Is Vital

Psalms 33:13-15 - The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.
14 From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.
15 He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.

Romans 6:5; 12:5 - For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we
shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
12:5 - So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

Galatians 5:14-16 - For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love
thy neighbour as thyself.
15 But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of
another.
16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

Psalms 1:1-3 - ¶Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor
standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and
night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in
his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
