Sponsorship available 4 Technically Sound IT Contractors via
Umbrella Companies if the candidate has got a contract in hand. WE
DON'T HAVE ANY CLIENT THAT PROVIDES PERMANENT JOB
WITH SPONSORSHIP ON OFFER. The sponsorship mentioned
over here is via umbrella company only i.e. our company will
only provide u the Tier 2 General Sponsorship. Once sponsored
the candidate will have to search 4 contract jobs themselves &
undertake them. When one contract finishes the candidate will have
to search 4 another contract. Sponsorship ll b for 5 years after which
u get Perm. Residency (ILR) of UK.
1) Candidates in UK on Tier 2 ICT CANNOT switch directly to
Tier 2 General but ICT Dependent or any dependent visa holder
could switch to Tier 2 General if the dependent has got a daily
rate contract. If the dependent is in a permanent Job or on a fixed
term contract then ur employer could only sponsor u & not us. We
can only sponsor if the dependent has got a DAILY RATE BASIS
CONTRACT offer. 2 sponsor ICT dependent without contract, ICT
main applicant after switching 2 tier 2 general dependent ll need 2
leave their permanent job & do contracting.
2) UK based candidates on tier 2 general or tier 4 v can sponsor
them directly if they r technically very strong. They ll ve 2 search 4
contract after v sponsor them.
3) 4 candidates based in India, without contract offer from UK, we
can sponsor strong technical candidates who have atleast 10 years
of IT experience with profiles - Big Data, AWS CERTIFIED Devops
Solution Architect, Mean Stack Frontend Developer, Java Full stack
plus DevOps, ServiceNow. V prefer sponsoring couples wherein
both husband wife has got strong IT profiles. Wife could even b on
a career break due to maternity or other reasons. She could sit at

home 4 as long as she wants & husband could work in UK. Once in
UK finding individual contract jobs would b the responsibility of the
couple.
