FACILITIES: 6 Lanes 50m Pool – With starting block – Warm Down Pool
With Hotel Rooms Available Beside the Swimming Pool Area
TIME:
6:30am – 8:00am – Warm-up for all teams
8:00am – 8:20am – Coaches meeting
8:20am – 8:45am – Prayers & Short Ceremony
8:45am – Start of Meet

AGE & CATEGORIES:

Class A-B-C & D – Age Group
(Boys and Girls) 6 & under, 7 & 8, 9 & 10, 11 & 12,
13 & 14, 15 & 16, 17 & Over

REGISTRATION:
Open to all School, Swim Team, Swimmers & Coaches in good standing
 Entry Fee: P 850.oo
 Deadline for submission of entries: March 3, 2020
Verifiable times must be submitted.
Swimmers with no seed times submitted will be declared NT and be placed in the early
Heats
All entries must be submitted using the official entry form with Swimmer’s name (print
Legibly), birthday, event no., seed time, contact nos. and duly signed by their coaches

AGE OF RECKONING:
Age as of Date of Competition – March 8, 2020
Coaches must make sure all ages entered are true and correct. It is the Team Coaches
Responsibility to check the correctness of their swimmer’s birth date and age

RULES:

CNLCSCA Meet Rules Shall Apply (Base on FINA Rules)
Verification of Swimmer’s Age
CNLCSCA Technical Committee may ask the team to produce birth certificates.
NOTE: In case the date of Registration on birth certificate is dated more than one (1) year after
the date of birth, swimmer MUST submit the following additional documentation mention
below,
 (Certification of TRUE AGE from organizer’s appointed dentist or physician or
Whichever body the organizer so decides to appoint at the time the certification
May be needed)

NOTE: CNLCSCA is not responsible for expenses incurred from acquiring said documents.
Expenses to be shouldered by the parents/club of the said swimmer

PROTEST/S must be in writing along with a protest fee of Php 1,500.00. Protests must be
filed within 30 minutes after posting of the results. If found valid, the protest fee will be
returned by the Protest Committee Any protest filed beyond the said time frame will not
be entertained. Only the head coach / team manager may file the protest. The Technical
Jury will be composed of five (5) members.

AWARDS:
 Individual: Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal for the top (3) three finisher of each
event per Category (Category A, B, C and D). Trophies/Plaque will be awarded for
the Most Outstanding Swimmers in each Age Group for Category A, B, C and D base
on Standard Points.
 Team: Trophies/Plaque shall be awarded to the Over-All Champion, the 1

up and 2 Runner-up for A, B, C and D (Based on the combined Standard Points
for boys and girls events) In case of a tie, the number of medals starting with the
gold, silver And bronze will be taken into account.

 Points System : Individual (1st -9), (2nd -7), (3rd-6), (4th-5), (5th-4) (6th -3), (7th -2), (8th -1)
Relay (1st-18), (2nd-14), (3rd-12), (4th-10), (5th-8) (6th -6), (7th -4), (8th -2)
ENTRIES:
Use official meet entry form.
Birth dates must be indicated in the entry forms.
No swim-up in individual events
Faxed entries are not allowed.
Entries must be duly signed by the teams’ respective coaches.

Note: Regarding scratches or cancellation of swimmers entry – If this is done

during the day of the meet itself, there will be a penalty of P500 per swimmers.
In our previous meet there is quite a number of cases that swimmer are scratch
during the day of the meet itself, in order to minimize this we will impose this
penalty.
