Dear Mr. Enocia,

This is my last attempt and FINAL WARNING.

The previous agreement signed and dated on January 14, 2020 in which you promise that you
will no longer create nuisance and will stop harassing and threatening me and our children has
not been complied with. Also, despite a police blotter made last January 22, 2020, you continue
to send me threats through text messages and harassed me and our children.

Again, I am requesting you to stop all communication with me at home, at work and
everywhere else.

If you continue to harass me and our children, I will no longer hesitate to file a case against you
for abuse under Anti-Violence against Women and Child Act as mandated by law.

To avoid damage to your credit and ensure you avoid further legal action, please comply with
this letter immediately.
