 RESOLUTION NO.06 – S, 2019
“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES
OFFICE(CENRO) OF INITAO FOR PERMISSION OF AMOROS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR
REMOVAL OF TREES FOR THE SECOND PHASE CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO-STOREY BUILDING OF
AMOROS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, AMOROS, EL SALVADOR CITY”.
WHEREAS; Amoros Elementary School General Parent Teachers Association (PTA)
Officers and Board of Directors observed that there is a need to remove the trees that surround
the two-classroom building;

WHEREAS; removal of the specified trees below is greatly desired to avoid accident and
damaged of properties:
1. School Stage
2. Continuation of LGU Building
3. School Signage

WHEREAS; the General Parent Teachers Association of Amoros Elementary School

requests for permission from Community Environment Natural Resources Office (CENRO) of
Initao to grant the above-mentioned school for removal of the specified trees above.

NOW THEREFORE, after proper deliberation on the matter on motion of Mrs. Fery Aperdo
and unanimously approved by all the members present, it was;

RESOLVED THAT
“ THE AMOROS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GENERAL PARENTS TEACHERS ASSOCIATION(GPTA)
HEREBY RESOLVES TO ASK PERMISSION FROM THE COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENT AND
NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE(CENRO) OF INITAO FOR REMOVAL OF TREES FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SECOND PHASE OF THE TWO-STOREY BUILDING OF AMOROS
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, AMOROS, EL SALVADOR CITY.”
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the Community
Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Of Initao for their information and
appropriate action.
