Rest in Peace
Brad Thomas
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord!
352 Holy Hours were kept before the Blessed Sacrament this past week. “Our
parish has several security lights. When there is a power outage they go out
like all the others. However, when the power returns, the mercury lights only
gradually reach full brightness. These lights have come to symbolize one way
the light of Christ shines in the world. I have seen Christ’s brilliant light in
others and myself. Then, like a finger snap, there is darkness or personal illness,
tragic loss, crushing evil. But, like a mercury light, faith sparks again and grows
gradually, the light of Christ leading us, out of the darkness.” (Fr. James Krings) As
lent begins, let us spend an hour with Jesus and watch our faith through Him, spark
and grow. Call Joie today 330-745-6852 and help to keep the light on for Christ –
vacant hours are Wednesday 2-3am and Friday 2-3am
