Assumptions:
 There are four different entities present in this exercise problem i.e., Professor,
Project ,Graduate Student and Department. Each entity has 4-5 attributes
 We assume two relations between Professor and Project entities i.e., Project Principle
Investigator and Project Co investigator. Also creation a relation between Project and
Graduate Student i.e., Principle Research Assistant.
 We assume that there is a tertiary relation between Professor, Graduate Student and
Professor so that Graduate students can work on multiple projects, in which
case they will have a (potentially different) supervisor for each one
 We assume that there is a recursive relation of Graduate Student with itself

Exercise 2: Movie Order Database

Entity-relationship diagram using MYSQL-Workbench:

Assumptions:
 We assume that there is a Generalization Sub Classes Entity present in the Exercise
:2 i.e., Movies
 Person has partial overlapping participation i.e., Actor and Director that explain the
core meaning of the relation between Actor and Director
 We assume that there is an attribute of Movies i.e., Genre which contain three
different category i.e., Horror, Action and Drama
 Studio entity act as a bridge that create a relation between two entities i.e., Person
and Movies.

Exercise 3: PSL 2020 Database

Entity-relationship diagram using MYSQL-Workbench:

Assumptions:
 We create 5 different Entities i.e., Team, Match ,Player, Ground and Scoreboard.
 We assume that there is a relation between Team and Player i.e., Nationality that
consists of two attributes i.e.., Local & Foreign
 We create 3 binary relations between Ground, Team and Match rather than create a
tertiary relation between them
