AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, ROSALINDA MALLARI y PANGAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of Purok Rodora, Brgy. Magsaysay Sur, Cabanatuan City, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That I am the accused in Crim. Case No. 23239-AF for ESTAFA before
Regional Trial Court Branch 25, Cabanatuan City;

2. That I posted a cash bond of Nine Thousand Pesos [P9,000.00] with

the Clerk of Court, RTC Branch 25, Cabanatuan City, for my provisional
liberty;

3. That I hereby bind myself to appear and be present at all stages of trial
of the above-entitled case when duly notified, failing which, the Court
may declare me to have waived my rights to be present during the trial
and that trial in absentia may proceed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signatures this 17 th
