RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RENZO F. FIGUEROA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

___________________, for and in consideration of the amount of PESOS: ONE
THOUSAND (P 1,000.00) to me in hand paid by ICONNECT TECHNOLOGIES,
INC., do hereby unconditionally and perpetually release, remise and discharge
ICONNECT TECHNOLOGIES, INC., its successors-in- interest, affiliates,
stockholders, officers, directors, agents and employees from claims, actions and
all causes of action whatsoever, by me or through my agents or attorneys which
in law or equity I ever had, now have or which, I, my heirs, successors and
assigns hereafter may have, including, without limiting the generality of the
foregoing, such as may have arisen or hereafter arise by reason of or in any
manner growing out from my separation/resignation from the company, including
but not limited to underpayment, Salary, Separation Pay, Thirteenth Month Pay,
Tax Refund, SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth contributions, Labor, etc. the intention
hereof being to completely and absolutely release ICONNECT
TECHNOLOGIES, INC., its successors-in-interest, affiliates, stockholders,
officers, directors, agents and employees from all liabilities arising fully or
partially, directly or indirectly, relative thereto.

Accordingly, I hereby warrant that I shall not file and shall forever refrain
from filing any complaint or court suit against ICONNECT TECHNOLOGIES,
INC. relative thereto.

I hereby declare that I have read and understood this document before
signing it and, the waiver hereby given is made voluntarily and with full
knowledge of my rights under the law.
